TOUCH 106.1 FM Co-Founder Defends Unlicensed Station

If you don’t have a driver’s license, you’re not allowed behind the wheel, and if you don’t have an FCC license, you’re not allowed to broadcast over the air. Those are the rules, but for the last nine years, TOUCH 106.1 FM but hasn’t been playing by them. And so last week, the music and talk radio station geared toward inner-city, African American listeners was forced off the air.
