July 17, 2014

Broadway actress and singer Elaine Stritch died Thursday at her home from natural causes. She was 89. WGBH Arts Editor Jared Bowen interviewed Stritch in October 2004, when she was in Boston performing her one-woman show, Elaine Stritch: At Liberty, at the Wilbur Theatre.

"Secrets are dangerous; I'll tell you anything you want to know about me," she told Bowen.
