Tuesday night, Pres. Obama will address Congress in his fifth State of the Union address. The guest list has been set. The speech will touch on jobs, immigration and guns. Today it was revealed Afghanistan troop withdrawals will be announced as well.
The President built up heavy political capital after winning reelection, and laid out an ambitious second-term agenda to please his liberal base. Tuesday's address will likely build on promises from his second inaugural address.
