Mission Impossible? DCF Commissioner Olga Roche Resigns

Department of Children and Families Commissioner Olga Roche resigned on Tuesday after being under scrutiny since a 5-year-old Fitchburg boy went missing last fall. When his body was discovered this month, followed by the deaths of two infants under DCF supervision, the writing was on the wall.
