MBTA'S New Zero-Tolerance Phone Policy

Because the number of crashes involving drivers distracted by their cellphone continues to rise, the MBTA is enforcing a strict new “no-phone” policy. Nevermind using a phone; from now on, bus and train operators are prohibited from having a cellphone on the job altogether.
