Hating City Hall Remains As Popular As Ever

You've heard the rumblings through the years, and it surfaced again as an issue in Boston's mayoral race: people aren't happy with City Hall. 

It's cold, uninviting, and its blocky chunks of cement just don't cut it by current architectural tastes. Still, is it worth the effort to tear it down and start over? Former city councilor Tom Keane and developer John Rosenthal joined Greater Boston to weigh in.
