Segment 3: Attorney General Martha Coakley was the latest guest on Boston Public Radio's recurring "Ask the..." segment. She talked about the Defense of Marriage Act, the Tim Cahill civil trial, and whether or not she'll run for governor in Massachusetts.
Segment 4: As the trial date for Whitey Bulger nears, speculation begins as to what extent his brother — Bill Bulger, former senate president, as well as president of University of Massachusetts — may be implicated in criminal activity. Christopher Lydon, the host of Radio Open Source, joined Jim and Margery to talk about the Bulger family.
Segment 6: Edgar B. Herwick III, from the WGBH Curiosity Desk, stopped by Studio 3 to talk about Daylight Saving Time. On Sunday we collectively "spring forward."
