Fit To Print? Outrage Over Image Of Dead Child

Images of dead or gravely injured children are one of the last remaining taboos in news. They are shown only in the most extraordinary circumstances, and the blow back can be intense. That was the case this week when a photographer captured the final moments of a 5-year-old Nebraska girl pulled from her Tornado-ravaged home.
