Dispute Over Sidewalk Ramps Pits Beacon Hill Residents Against City

August 13, 2014

It's a dispute that has pitted Beacon Hill residents against the city, with disability advocates caught in the middle. Keeta Gilmore is the chair of the Beacon Hill Civic Association, which has filed the suit against the City of Boston.
