Brain Games: Do Mental Exercises Make You Sharper?

There are plenty of myths and legends about the quest for eternal youth. And if there’s a modern-day equivalent, it could be popularity of brain games.

The puzzles and quizzes are designed to keep you sharp, some promising to take years off your mental age. But there’s been a lot of debate over whether there’s real science behind those promises. Now new research finds there actually is.
