Francisco Rodriguez’ Deportation Fight Goes On

July 17, 2017

The fate of Francisco Rodriguez remains in limbo after a judge today declared he needs more information on the case. Rodriguez fled his native El Salvador more than a decade ago, fearing for his life. Since then, he has done everything the government has asked of him - including pay taxes and comply with all laws. He is now a husband and a father of two U.S. citizen children, with another baby on the way. On Thursday, he reported to the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Field Office in Burlington, where he was taken into custody.

Matt Cameron represented Rodriguez at the hearing and joined Jim.
