A transformation has been underway for a couple of years now on the campus of UMass-Boston. A new campus center and its first dormitory are just a few of the big projects that have been undertaken to try and increase the profile of the school. But as the Boston Globe reported, all that growth has put the campus in a financial bind, as the bills come due.
